Rainmen to announce new head coach today
According to Brian Freeman of the Halifax Chronicle Herald, the Rainmen are holding a press conference today to announce their new head coach. Any guesses as to who it will be?
Also, am I the only one who thinks it's weird that the Rainmen would wait until the day before a game to do this? They've been off for around 2 weeks. Would you not think they would have wanted to take as much time as possible for the coach and players to get working on that chemistry? Oh well, only in Halifax.

Ah, FINALLY. They've needed a new coach seeing how bad they're doing. But it is quite weird for them to do it at this point.

Wow...Craig Hodges! This guy was a part of the Chicago Bulls dynasty as a 3 point specialist, and served as an assistant with the Lakers under Phil Jackson for years.
Basically he's been at the very top of the sport and knows what it takes... hopefully he can teach it.
Hodges alone makes me something of a Rainmen fan. In addition to being highly skilled on the court(although one dimensional, perhaps), the guy has never cared to simply tow the line and go along with the grain. He speaks his mind and is true to what he feels is right. That has to be respected. I mean, the guy hated the Bush family before hating the Bush family was cool! :lol
The 0-6 Rainmen have instantly become very interesting! Excellent signing, Andre!
