NBL and Jersey Sponsors

Aside from the NBA every other pro league in the world has a Jersey sponsor.
The CFL have jersey Sponor patches
WNBA team have begun using Jersey sponosrs

Only NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB do not need Jersey sponsors due to the huge amount of $$$ they get from TV revenue.

Even the biggest and richest soccer league in the World has a Jersy sponsor.

Revenue streams are important and one stream that the NBL is missing is Jersey sponsors.
The WNBA got away for years without it do to having a bother NBA owned team

I know the Lightning have National Bank on their jerseys. I'm sure there are other teams in the league that do them same...but I can't think of any off hand.

I did not see any in highlight pics but if one team begins doing it others will likey follow bringing in that revenu stream

From watching Express games, I have not seen any sponsors on their jerseys...I'll look out for it next time.

I agree. If one team is seeing any type of positive revenue from jersey sponsors, which they will, the others will begin to follow.
It will be a probable big step for the NBLC having that revenue stream.
For the lightningespecially who have top attendance as well as solid local TV coverage with RogerTV London make the sponsor on the Jersey even a more lucrative deal.

From what I understand Halifax also gets good attendance but also qulity coverage with eastlinkTV so they would most likley see another lucrative deal for a Jersey sponsor.
