Nice Report but Beware
That is certainly a very solid job of previewing the league. Kudos! What I have discovered, however, is that the league is extremely fluid and what is reported today will be much different than when the first ball tips off. NBLC rosters are a very hard animal to nail down given the nature of month to month contracts, overseas buyers and very tricky salary cap parameters. Better off giving us an overview closer to tip off and every other day until London lifts the trophy once again.

London's Dynasty
at the combine Michael Ray Richardson was oozing arrogance...the type of arrogance that breeds success. I am a far cry from a Lightning booster BUT London is head and shoulders above the others. They have created a scary team and I sure hope the whole thing doesn't implode. I would like to get the scoop about Laval's resurgence as it appears that they are righting their ship with a new venue and attempted synergies to their communities.

Michael Ray is one of the best North American minor league coaches of all time. He's been winning for years at this level. If Pep Claros in Halifax had stuck around to build on last year I would have considered the Rainmen as a legitimate threat to finally knock MRR of his perch. However, I don't see anyone else with Claros' pedigree in the league this year and I see the Lightning as the favourite again.

5 games in, Looks like London, then Oshawa then Summerside
after about 5 Games in looks like its a 2 dog race for second with London taking FIRST overall no problem, then Oshawa(who just beat Summerside) then Summerside in 3rd, lets see how accurate this is by Christmas
